Tank Gauging
The Series 850 tank contents indicator / controller is a level controller with tank characterising facilities that allows non-linear tank shape correction via an 11 point curve fit linearisation program.
The Series 850 controller is designed to accept signals from a wide range of industrial level transmitters which give an analogue signal which is proportional to sensed level. The Series 850 also acts as a 24 volts DC power supply for the 4-20 mA transmitter, avoiding the need to purchase extra power supplies. Programming of the Series 850 is achieved via a plug in keypad which means that only approved personnel can change parameters.
